We are about 40 combined years of agency and design firm experience wrapped up in two communicators. Our core is a Chicago-based designer-writer team. When needed, we collaborate with other well-versed former senior staffers from prominent agencies. There are no layers; clients communicate directly with individuals who have an active and strategic role in their projects.

She sifts through context, goals, business needs, audience research and more to find clarity and determine the best approach. Then guides the process of giving form to brand identity systems, websites, and all kinds of marketing communications.

Melinda Cross
Creative Director & Writer
Melinda is a communications strategist and writer whose roles have ranged from press secretary on Capitol Hill to group creative director at large advertising agencies. Her fresh, creative thinking and memorable copy have helped strengthen Fortune-500 brands and top organizations. Her job is to be much like a detective—to glean information that contributes to strategy and content. In the process, she sometimes ends up knowing more about our client organizations than they do themselves.
